Brief description of Experience

Dr. Garima Khemani is an Assistant Professor in the Organization Behaviour and Human Resource Area at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India. She completed her Ph.D. in Management, Organizational Behaviour Area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. She has also been recipient of the Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) award for the ‘Best Thesis Proposal’ at IIM Ahmedabad for the same. She is a UGC NET- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) holder and holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Psychology. Her research interests primarily include platform/gig economy, bullying at workplace, well-being at work, women entrepreneurship, work and identity, non-standard employment and issues surrounding precarious work. She has also been an active participant in various peer-reviewed international and national conferences of repute such as International labour process conference (ILPC), British academy of management (BAM), International association of workplace bullying and harassment (IAWBH) and Indian academy of management (INDAM).

Research Interest Areas

Platform/gig-based work, non-standard work arrangements and careers, bullying at workplace, employee well-being, women entrepreneurship, work and identity, non-standard employment and issues surrounding precarious work.

Consulting Interest Areas

Mental health and well-being at work, positive psychology in the workplace, gig/platform-based work, hybrid work related issues and inclusion at workplace.
